newbie question on maps to download

Hi all,

I am new to multiplayer and have been practicing hard and have now began to really enjoy it.
I have looked around for new maps and mods to download but find there seems to be loads, including map packs.
Would anybody pass on recommendations of what DM's to download and what mods do you recommend.

I am trying to put only the best maps in there for download.

If a map doesn't have smooth gameplay or os hard to see in it won't get added.

Basically, if the community is in love with a map I add it.
