There is not much real tests. It isnt really ATI vs Nvidia, there are simply to few cards being tested. And not many game benchmarks. UT2k3 shows VERY interesting results in OpenGl. (this was what I commented the first time I saw it, and that was like weeks ago) The only plus is that they actually use 9800 Pro against 5900, instead of 9800 Pro against 5900 Ultra.
