giant384 Tank Joined Nov 8, 2004 Messages 8,151 Reaction score 5 Oct 4, 2005 #6 well all of the fx series should run in dx 8 mode and u can change the dx by going to launch settings and typing -dxlevel 81 and it will change it to dx8.1. it could have stayed that way after that update we had about 2 weeks ago
