The "Dawn" remake was solid enough. Certainly not the same as the original, but they never are. And the new Dawn certainly did no disrespect to the original, which IMO, is all you can ask for in a remake.

That said, no one does zombie like Romero. Nobody. Land was just SHOCKINGLY good. Never saw it coming...truely thought it would be awful.
