No music in d2_coast_04? (the crane part)

Awhile back before HL2 came out I watched some of the bink videos while my favorite one was the coast one where the guy came to the crane with his buggy and owned the combine, when i played this map it didnt have the music that it should have (in the bink) why is this? ;(

That music has been moved to a section in Water Hazard

The bink was from the game while it was being beta tested, it wasn't a representation of the completed product, more of a taste sample of the gameplay.

Err.. I clearly remember that song being played when I was on that part... I tried to match up my movements to the song as portrayed in the E3 video... Heh.

i also remember at the beginning of ravenholm when i first started it there was no music, but after playing it 2nd time there was (didnt use any cheat anytime or anything like that) but i still cant get the coast part to work

That music has definately been moved to Water Hazard, not long after you get the gun attached IIRC.

Yes, that song DOES play in waterhazard, but that doesn't mean it was "moved". I swear it is still in that crane level.

Alot of the songs are repeated throughout the game. You hear track 2 like 5 times total.

I'm dissappointed to see this music removed as well... I never heard it played during that section. And it fit the section so well too....

I even have resorted to Alt-tabbing out and playing it from the sound track manually. It just seems kind of dull without it.

If you loved the tracks so much, use GCFscape to hack them out, they're just ordinary mp3 files

That's how I got the sound out to play in the backround =)

Is there anyway to play the tracks via a console command?
