no player profiles??

my brother bought this game yesterday, and though i am very impressed with it in many ways, i am annoyed that there doesnt seem to be any sort of 'player profile' system.
my brother uses a different keyboard/mouse set-up to me for fps games (i.e. he uses the arrow keys for movement, i use w,a,s,d - etc). this basically means i have to set up my preferences all over again every time i play this after my bro has been playing it. this is very annoying. also it gets confusing when save files overlap.

i'm really quite disapointed by this. all games like this should have player profile systems these days. has sierra not yet grasped the concept that more than one person might want to play this game on the same machine within the same general time-span? poor show. very poor show indeed. a very bid PFFFT from me i'm afraid :hmph: :frown:

I know what your saying as my brother uses different keys to myself but I've found that the time required to hit escape/options and change the buttons to my config is so short it would probably be similar to the time to exit the game, select a profile and start up again.

Maybe you can just set up a userconfic.cfg and just exec it in console? (Will make sense to CS players at least)
