In case this hasn't been posted, it seems that we can't use the super gravity gun elsewhere in the game. I've experimented with the give weapon_physcannon command, and it seems that in the Citadel levels the gravity gun is an entirely new weapon, and restricted just to the Citadel levels.

And how I so wanted to try the super gravity gun in Ravenholm and Nova Prospekt...
