i am by no means a huge fan of half-life or cs, but when the news of the hacker reached my ears, i was shocked. i think that it is extremely pathetic that the criminals wanted to have hf2 so badly they had to hack into valve. of course, another way to look at it is now they have gotten their 15 minutes of fame, even if it is of a negative persuasion...maybe that's all they wanted?

well i don't know. sorry to all the hf2 fans and valve. i know there are other non-hf fans who feel the same. hope you catch the bastards.

Well the fact that the game has been so well concealed and the hype factor for it has been through the roof, obtaining Half-Life 2 is like obtaining...the unattainable. Sure, the fame was there but at the same time it could have been accomplishing such a feat.
