For some reason, my notarget console command does not work in neither HL2 or Garry's Mod. Yes, I do have sv_cheats 1 enabled. I don't see the problem as to why it wouldn't work. In fact, it doesn't even say the cheat is enabled or that it is invalid. Any help?
