so like Gordon went along with the gman and started doing his bidding, but..

as he was gone the dimensional rift was never really closed, it reopened and xen and race x creatures started to leak in. the USA, took advantage of this and started to take what tech they could form race x(flying manitee, strider).

the rift started to expand and the aliens started poping up all over the place.

eventually, when ant loins started to show up in central park, all hell broke loose and the world wen to hell, more form riots and wras than the creatures killing everyone.

the USA, with its alien tech, closed off the rift, thus stranding gordon in another dimension, and then preceded to taek over th eworld with the combine. the citidel could also be another bio-tech goody that they developed.

this may take several years at each point so strech time accordingly. and yes, i have another trhead where america is the bad guy, but i love this country more than i do pie, and thats a lot.

well, it is interesting, but i really dont think this is it, I still think its more of an internal thing with Breen and the Gman that is going on and not so much with any countrys, they have just been defeated by the combine. But that is just me.
