Nova Prospekt soldier texture problem

[Note: This is running in SMOD, I have yet to get to Nova Prospekt since i get a BSoD while playing Sandtraps for some reason]

Anyway, I load up Nova Prospekt and every living soldier comes up like this:

However, in the first office where two soldiers were already killed, they are fine:

In the console, I get this:

[COLOR="Red"]Error: Material "models/combine_soldier/soldier_camo1" : proxy "AnimatedTexture" unable to initialize![/COLOR]

Help?

erm i have the same problem
but its only with smod
u should try original hl2
cos smod has that weird problem
