nova prospekt. the first giant big ant thing u find. how do u kill it? i think i tried the bugbait but it didnt work on that thing, or maybe i didnt do it right. any helpers out there?

Kill it like you would kill anything.
I just grabbed barrels and chucked them at it until he died. I also tossed a couple toilets

I threw everything at him, including the kitchen sink. Strange but true, it was the kitchen sink that finaly killed it.

i did that twice. including using 3 rockets on him. i guess i just gotta do it longer. ill look out for that sink.

i just use my shotgun. Shot him, he ran at me..move, shot him, ran at me, moved, shot him etc.... Went down like a charm.

dont even bother throwing things at him, just sprint from the first room to the second holding shift and clear all the crap out of the doorway that's the exit. once you're through the he doesnt follow you, so you can basically do anything you want to him from in there without being injured.

Between throwing things and shooting at him, if you stand by a wall and dodge away when its right in front of you it'll ram into the wall hurting itself.

i just kept throwin shit at his head after two tries i beat him. i just was hesitant about that after the first try 3 rockets didnt kill him i was like wtf. thinkin there was more to it than there was. man i love this level. i love the indoor corridor fighting. usuin the gravity gun. this game frickin rocks.i gotta say outdoors on the coast, far cry graphics outdoors were so much tighter. ravenholm on hl2 was gorgeous. this and far cry are my fav fps ever. doom 3 blew compared to these two games.
