NPC don't move

Hi all . I have one big problem.
I start playing hl2 yesterday and all was ok, but today when i start from one lvl all of the NPC's just freeze and don't move ?
Anyone knows from what that can be ?
Please help me to continue play the greatest shooter ever !

First of all it is not illegal.
I don't know from when the demo versions of the games could be illegal.
And second you can't attack me like that, cause you don't have any proof.
And third you're not bounded to help me. This is public forum and anyone could say what he wants when it is in the rules of the forum.

The ai_disable bug is common among warez versions, so he's right to be suspicious. But if it's the demo version, then... I don't know. Weird. Can't help you mate, sorry

You should have clarified that it was a fecking Demo and not the full version.

Warez versions have that non-moving npcs bug. <- Proof

I fix it. I just enter ai_disable in console and all goes normally.
The game is wonderfull i'll buy the full version.
