Having gone through the games a couple times, I like to pretty much just fart around now. My favorite thing to do is to just spawn immense numbers of combine, zombies, antlions and citizens and watch! However, can you spawn civilian medics and different types of combine? I'd like to spawn the white suited sombine.

For medic

"ent_fire X setmedicon"
the skin doesn't change but he hands out medkits.

The Combine elite and prison guard are technically not separate npc types, they're just an npc_combine_s set to use a different model in the editor. The soldier has a quarter more hitpoints when set to the elite model, but there's no way I know of to change the model type from the default Overwatch when spawned in game.

The combine isn't really a big deal, just would've been interesting is all. But I can't get the medic thing to work, should I be replacing the "x" with something? I type it as two seperate commands and nothing happens. I was on 53 health as well. Is there a certain way you should aim at the figure?

You're supposed to put them in as separate commands. My advice is just download Teta Bonita's NPC spawner.
