By writer I mean, the story, the characters, possibly the dialogue. For a single-player mod, of course.

Good idea to post some work that you have done so that people know what you are capable of...Also the genres that you are most comfortable with/hardcore fan of, etc...

Not just work but previous experience as well. Qualifications, etc.

Most mod teams don't hire writers outright.

With game writing? Nothing excessive. I took a semester of a writing class last year though, and I took two weeks of screenwriting/comedy writing courses at Duke University this summer.

I'm no Orson Scott Card when it comes to Science Fiction, but I have a creative mind. I could probably show examples of writing to anyone who wants to see when I get back home.

And for the record, I didn't mean that I wanted to become the big head-writer of the team, but if a team needed one, they could e-mail me and see my portfolio.
