orden dont matter?

I hav read something about some study of a english university that say. that if the orden of the letters of a word are bad placed, it dosent matter,it matters if the first and last letter are well placed,cuz we dont read every leter but the word itself
I even got a joke email about it whit bad writen words, and is like true,well I dont know if in english is the same,lets give a try

That's wrong anyway, you need the first and last letters of the word to remain in place.
EDIT: Ok, u got the definition/whatever right but didn't mess up your words correctly
