Pants on Fire!

Ok, I was bored so I started screwing around with cheats, and I put in cheats for all the spells, and while I was cycling through the 600+ spells, I found a spell called "Pants on Fire", the effect of it was "Pants on Fire on Target", so I thought "wtf?" so I casted it and my game crashed, wtf is this spell?

Sounds like a joke spell that they never finished coding so it just crashes the game.
