Petition to EA

I put mine down :E but this has been posted before
 
Online petition: "dear EA please stop being jerks"

EA: "No"


Online petition: ok on to plan B

"Dear EA could you please stop being jerks, we promise to buy all your products"

EA: "ummmm ....No"
 
Can anyone link me to an online petition that has ever worked, ever?
 
Not signing it because:

1. Online petitions mean about as much as...ohh.....nothing

2. EA is a business and no matter how much you whine they're not gonna give you something worth money for nothing.

i could have...but i didnt, why should i try to help something thats not going to do any good? its like trying to revive a 100 year old woman thats been dead for 5 years

It's not a matter of how much time it takes. It's a matter of principle. I'm not gonna sign something that supports the whiney attitude people have towards EA. The only thing I really dislike about them is the way they have the exclusive NFL license.

Too many gamers just want more and more from their games for free. Sure Valve is adding maps for DOD and CSS but these are maps that either were out for their HL1 counterparts or are being added to up the map count. DODS released with 4 maps... CSS released with very few of its 1.6 maps as well. They're merely closing the gap they left when they released DODS and CSS.

Now EA/DICE are releasing new maps, weapons, armies, and vehicles in a couple small, $10 packs that you have the OPTION to pay for if you want and everybody is up in arms...

If I signed the petition I'd align myself with people I disagree with...so NO...I'm not signing it.

But these packs are bloody cheats, u cannot afford these packs, u have ur mortgage to pay, insurance etc etc, u cannot afford to be buying fukin stupid extra maps, weapons they shud be free. its BS i cant believe EA allowed the SF weapons in BF2, what a scam. PS when u have to pay for ur own life u wil realise.

Then you don't buy them, its not stopping you from playing vanilla bf2. You sound like a whiney little kid, if you can't afford it then play what you have.

That has nothing do with it, you just don't want to pay money for it. In that case you won't get the game, you make this such a big deal, when really, it isn't.....

Right so ur saying its fair play for sum-1 to have access to a much higher rated weapon than u, & in order for u top get this gun u need to pay what £20. Yeh watever mate.

well, considering the way you are typing like your on MSN or AIM and you're whining, i can understand why he thinks your a little 12 year old kid.

just kill the guy that has a better weapon than you and take the pack.
 
Wow, this is exactly how the same topci on bf2stats site went, started arguing about age an all :|

Simply put, EA is a company, their priority is to their shareholders, and that is to make a profitable comapany-i.e make MONEY!

So they make us charge for this stuff, £6, i say again 6 fookin pounds! I pay that much on PC Gamer UK! I would rather this than a game with no more input and creation.

Also bear in mind EA have to pay the DICE guys who made this stuff, and they are paying for a whole load of their own ranked servers....all about business economics guys

Pay it, or don't, i won't care

That would be funny if you were older than me. Then I could tell you to grow up and accept it or just not buy it. Common sense is lacking.
 
im not signing it because i will not be purchasing any BF2 expansion packs or bonus packs or whatever else they decide to come up with.

until EA decides to better the main game, i'll stick to what i have or some other games on the market.

How are these packs "bloody cheats"? The guns that you get with SF are either just a preference issue (like the new medic unlock - Much more accurate but less damage and only burst fire/singleshot) or they are a tad better. It's not like everybody is running around with SF weapons destroying anybody with a BF2 vanilla wep.

Oh...and PS....I DO pay for my own life. You know what they say about assumptions...they make an ass out of you and "umption". Age has nothing to do with this and neither does the fact that gamers may or may not be supporting themselves financially.
