I was playing through the game and stumbled upon this. It's a Combine advisor but its facial features are completely different then the rest of the advisors. At first I thought I was seeing things but after looking at it for a while I realized that I have found what may be one of the most important images from HL 2 EP 2. The picture may startle you in that I don't think valve expected many people to find this. Please look at your own discretion.

I think Breen is still alive. There is a texture file called "combine_advisor_juvenile.vtf" in the materials *.gcf.
