is there a way to play the games you installed on your computer without a cd?

i am trying to do that because my dvd drive, for some odd reason wont read cds so therefore i cant play games except for games on steam :(

Linking you to No-CD cracks would be breaking the rules, I'm afraid, so no can do.

It's another drive on your computer, could be a hard disk drive, could be a cd drive, dvd drive, cd-rw drive, dvd-rw drive...

o one more thing, i heard you can somehow copy certain parts of the game to your harddrive so u dont need a cd to play the game, does anyone know how that works??

It depends on the game you're trying to play.

i did google it, and most of them cost money...wondering if there is any

for free

Look, if you want this thread closed, you're going about it very well. Don't insight people to post links to these cracks, we simply don't allow it.

Paying for a no-cd crack? Don't tell me where have you been looking

A lot of sites that have cracks exist so that you can make copies of games, so try searching for something relating to that. I know that's not what you're trying to do, but there's a world of game copying infomation around, providing you search for it.

Seriously though, DVD drives cost very little these days. Why not just get a replacement?

If you want a CD crack, PM me. Otherwise stop hinting at sites- like abom said, It's not allowed on this forum and those are the rules.

I used to use CD cracks, but then i found out that my CD-RW disc drive can READ as well as write, so now i can have 2 CDs in my PC at once! genius!!!

well im d/l this thing called gamejackel, its a 30 free trial thing and see how that software works out.

if it works out pretty well i guess i'll go buy it

i dont want to keep changing cds, so u can call me a lazy type of a guy

i find the cd-rom spinning is annoying, really really annoying...so since your allwoed to make a backup of your program, game etc....back it up with alcohol 120%, make an image of the cd, then mount it on your new fictive drive, no spinning, and alot faster..

i´ve got an 160 Gig HD, all my games are played from an cd image, beats opening and closing the cd-rom, and that freaking spinning......

Get alcohol 120% ... legal and easy to use.

Yeah runner, mounting an .iso of your game is so easy, I do it all the time, well except for GTA: VC, grrrr.

If you cant find your own CD cracks, and you dont know what E: drive is, then sorry but your to stupid to use a cd crack.

Thats not a flame.. its just an honest opinion.

Dont even get him trying to use demon tools... :/
