This is the level after nova prospect. i'm at the place where i just tried to save alyx's father and then after that she helps guide you trough the level on the monitors. I'm right now i'm at the force field and I see the plug for it but theirs a bullet proof window there and I don't know how to turn it off!!!!

i think u use gravity gun to pull it out of socket

I remember that part and I also had trouble for a little...im trying to remember what i did.....I know that you CANT unplug it from the outside.....ill think of it and let ya know...also....post some screen shots

actually if its the bit i just rememberd, i think u gota throw a nade in the room thru the force field and it blows it outa the socket

ya...he's right....toss a nade in there and your all set....

i think i picked up a barrel through the force field, then side stepped it through the door, into the room, and launched it at the socket. But a nade probly works too
