Please help, stuck in Citadel

Hey anyone,

I'm stuck in the citadel. I've got my upgraded gravity gun and have gone through a few combine with it. Got to a point where the administrator talks for a second time on monitors, and I can't get any further. There are 3 ways, one is the way I came, the second is blocked by a shield, and the third has a low wall which I ought to be able to jump over... but I can't jump!

Am I meant to not be able to jump? I'm assuming it's a product of the citadel, because my jump bind remains the same (nothing wrong with my keyboard either!)

Look for a stream with orbs shooting up and down in them. Take all the orbs out and Voila!, you are free to continue.

This happened to me first time, I had to load a save point from before i got the super manipulator, then i could miraculously jump second time through, (over that little combine fence towards the power generator thing). its quite a serious bug, heard people with the exact same problem, in the exact same place, (hope valve push a patch out soon).

The sheild might be powered by a nearby generator. You can pull the power source out of it with the manipulator.

I don't know what you're talking about actually. Don't remember jumping. Isn't there a plug or something? Citadel is rather straightforward, not much get-stuck possibilities here.
