Goodbye AMD! :farmer:

Does this contain a new level or levels from Portal?

EDIT: And for everyone that gets this one, scout the GCFs for left-in content.

How strange... To be honest, I can't really be bothered, seeing as I own them already...

Oh, and, if, from now on, there are going to be more little pictures accompanying news stories, that's a bloody great idea. It looks very good.

Just a demo.

Phew I own an ATi so i got worried.

Downloading.

Downloaded, but it doesn't show up on Steam after two reboots? It's supposed to show up in my Games tab, no?

edit - hool, is this a demo of the existing Portal game, or new content?

Just a demo.

I have an ATI vid card but an nvidia motherboard. Would this work for me? (already own portal though so cant check)

I got a free copy of the black box with my ATI card, so I'd say i win! :D

Doesn't show up in my games list, so whats it a demo of?, new stuffs?, just a demo of normal portal?...:|

Just a demo of Portal. 10 chambers long I believe. If you already have Portal in the account, it won't show up as a separate game.

About half of the storyline mode, calculate the absence of the bonus levels and it's about 1/3.

So will this work with my old Geforce 2 MX? Let's check it out.

lol valve you traitorous scum.

I remember your free hl2 ATI deal.

lol sod off you pathetic pr idiot.

PR guys are not pathetic they are hilarious if anything else.

I get the duplicate account error too. The thing is, I've never seen this offer before or own any Steam games.

Apparently Steam support sends out an e-mail that says "Sorry we screwed you. Bye now." or something to that effect.

So if you own an Nvidia card (which I had enough of by the way.. I'm really am happy with my new ATI) it means you get a DEMO of portal? which means that ATI owners do not even deserve a demo? I say again.. a DEMO?
which means that if I buy an Nvidia card I gonna get only a demo :)

anyway, I own orange box so..
Edit:

On the other hand.. if I gonna get a demo which is 1/3 of the original game.. do I really want to waste my money for another 2/3? Portal is very short besides.. good game but short. Can't wait to ep3 of course
