Possible Episode 3 Release Date?

Ok, as the pondering person I am, I pondered on what type of package will Ep3 have? That is when it hit me, maybe the reason for L4D being set back the summer is so it can be shipped with Ep3, now does this seam logical or does it sound a little "hair-brained"?

I think there will be a lot more little hints and vids for ep3 before it comes. Valve prefer to build things up like that, not release it without any hype leading up to it.

I don't think it'll be out that soon, you know, it's the the end of the Half life story ark, and it's going to be epic...and the summer seems to...soon!

It would be awesome if Ep3 came out with L4D, coz it looks like a pretty kick-ass game. I've also wondered that The Crossing might be included, although I haven't heard anything about that for a while and it seems kinda...dead.

Since Episode 2 came out, I've predicted that Episode 3 will be released on the 10th anniversary of the original Half Life. (October 2008 i think)

There is no such thing as Episode 4 anymore. Most likely why you didn't get a response, that and The Crossing isn't really made by Valve.

Valve release dates are a lot like the old question; 'how long is a piece of string' when you're the annoying little shit who claims that 'it's twice the distance from it's middle to it's end'. That's to say, the Ep3 release date will be half-way between the present and the ACTUAL release anyway, so go and kills some time down the pub or something.

No... I think it will be released on November 19, 2008. Which is 10 years after the original HL1 release which was on Nov 19. 1998
