preload last saturday

i just want to understand correctly that that one post on hl2fallout by cliffe stating the 2nd in the series of preloads was fake, considering it should ahve happened 3 days ago, am i correct to assume, or did he mean this saturday

some forums were hosting a post from cliffe i think about finishing up the textures, sounds, and other files would be done in the next week or so, starting on saturday, it didnt happen, but i just thought it someone knew more about it
