probably a really stupid question- about buying am and currency

ok, well im without game atm, coz im having a "replacment pc shipped out" and im having withdrawl symprotms! but thats besides the point.

if you can only buy the expansion through steam, what about us people from england? its all in dollers! do i just have to buy it using my credit card in dollers and have it converted across by my bank which i think they charge you to do? or is there an english version which i completly overlooked
( as i said im without a game, i cant actually go an look on steam for myself, and it suddnly dawned on me)

For one thing we don't know if we're even going to be charged for Aftermath as yet.

Secondly, you'll be using a credit card that will convert the dollar amount to pounds at what is called the interbank rate which is often the most favorable rate of exchange.

If Aftermath is free, HL2 will become like the cheapest quality game ever. HL2 + Deathmatch (though it can count as the same) + CSS + constant updates to CSS + constant updates to HL2DM + Lost Coast (later) + Aftermath (maybe) for the price of one game.
