Problem Black mesa east

Hello everybody, I have a problem when I am at black mesa east, the elavator wouldn't start, and the girl who is with me doesn't react, I don't know how I can fix this. Does somebody knows it?? I've played the game before and then I hadn't the problem so... weird

Reload the chapter from the 'New Game' menu.

And also is this a legal version of the game? Because if it's a warez copy, you aren't going to find any help here.

Go inside elevator, quicksave, quickload, voila! I wonder how many who had this problem.. VALVe shoud fix this bug.
