Problem in Black Mesa East!

When i enter the scanning room, and i get scanned from Dr. Mossman (quite a chik i'd say...), i follow her to the elevator where she calls it to come up and take me to Dr. Eli. When the elevator comes up, she stops talking, and stucks herself outside the opened doors. Whatever i do, she won't go inside the elevator, and i'm stuck in there!

What's wrong????

Try reloading the level.

I've tried that also, but she stays out of the elevator whatever i do. Not stuck, but standing still there as if she is waiting for me to do something.....

Quick save then load, happens to me too.

Of course i enter the elevator. I'll try quick save and load, but before this, please let me know one thing: Quick save just before she calls the elevator, or somewhere else???
