Problem with sniper rifle crosshair...

The M95 doesn't have the damage indicator, the "X" on the crosshair that tells you when your shot has hit an enemy, which is on every other gun that I can tell (including the SVD, and I think the M24). Is there a reason it's not on the M95, is there a way to turn it on? Sometimes I can't tell if I really hit the guy, unless it's a kill shot or someone else kills him and I get the kill damage assistance thing...

For the second set of unlocks like the L96, do I have to unlock all first set unlocks before I can unlock any of the second set, or do I just have to unlock the first unlock of that class, like the M95 to unlock the L96?

I do not remember having any problems with the hit indicator on the M95. I would've noticed if there was no indicator.

It may be hard to see, due to the low quality of the video, but there is a hit indicator when the sniper shoots someone.
