Problem with some props

Hy there I have tryed to read the SDK Doc. and the faq. But I havent found a anser that I could understand why I cant use this prop.

Now I am making a a counter-strike map and I wanted to make a prop, I went under prop_c17 and I can use the woodenbarrol but I can not use the prophanetank01a, not sure I spelled it right.

Why can I use one prop from prop_c17 world model and not the other?

The woodenbarrol is used on cbble so I thought I could use all the things from prop_c17

I might be a little unclear but its when I start the game I cant se the prophanetank but I can see the Woodenbarrol

Might Be kinda a noob que.

Woodenbarrol looks like German...

Everything you see in the model/material browsers can generally be used, if you use it correctly. The propane tank will not function as a prop_physics, and the propane canister will not function as a prop_static. And the fade distances on your props generally should be set to -1 and 0, respectively.
 
Well I have been a little away here at christmas

so here it comes I use models/props_c17/canister_propane01a.mdl as a prop_physics but I cant see it in the game why is that, the canister should be used as a prop_physics.
I might be wrong

like raeven0 said: you need to make sure you haven't changed the fade distances by mistake, make sure they are start: -1, end: 0
