Problem

[Black Mesa corp]

I couldn't start HL2: EP1. After purchasing it, it said something like, 'currently the servers are busy come back in a few hours.'

So I did, but the game refused to validate my purchase so was stuck at, 'Update: 0%'

I deleted the content files of EP1 to try and reinstall but guess what. I click pre-load on steam and it does not respond. The game has also disappeared from my steam games list.

I restarted computer and restarted steam but it still carrys on. So, anyone who could possibly help?
