Question reguarding a movie on HL2.net's download page

You know the movie that shows off "HDR" and the lighting/shader effects the source engine uses? Near the end these two spheres come up on the screen, one is blocky, one is a water-like thing. They are rotated to show off the effects. Can you spawn these in the game?

I'll post a screenshot if no-one knows what I mean.

I would bet it's probably a level thing. since thats not released...you'll have to have it spawn in your own level you create for now
