Quick Help

Right click the link then click "save link as..." or something like that.
 
lets see you guys actually try it first and listen to the song on your computer then come back and tell me that again
 
If you have the link pasted in your url and you are on that "page", then file -> save as does work.

I just did it. And I mean "File" on the top of the browser. Not as in right-clicking.

You could also try to find it in some Temp folder on your computer.
 
Don't you have to have some sort of subscription to a service like Napster to download MP3's? I though that kind of stuff was copyright protected? I tried something similar before and I was unsuccessful. :P

Hell, I don't know. When I want music, I buy the f**cking CD's like normal people do. :P Then, if there are specific songs I like, I just browse the CD from there to choose what I want for my MP3.

There are actually only a few songs that I've found that are free to download. Mainly homebrew stuff where the artist gives the option to make online donations.

A fesicious statement I assume? :P Aren't you a musician? How do big name artists prevent illicit downloads then? I don't quite understand the legalities of the whole online music thing myself. Embarrassingly ignorant (and n00bish) I know. I guess I never really cared enough about online music. :o
 
Basically what happens is this:

First, some dickless cock sucker uses the interwebs on his computer machines to steal the artists' music with the mother ****ing Napster. Then the Metallicops get word that there's some Napster user with a cable modem downloading Sanitarium. The Metallicops have done over 300,000 personal raids on the thieving Napster downloaders houses, and every time they do it Lars get a colossal ****in chubby. They ring the door bell then procede to slap that dickweed something silly until he cries like a little sissy Mary. Other than that they just bash their computer machine and verbally humiliate them. If the ****er gets nasty and resists persecution, then the situation requires some maneuvering. After that they oprehend and rectify the status of the scenario. What a cock sucker.

For a minute there, I was confused. I was like, "why would a musician be all for Napster then?"

The reason why Jintor laughed at my n00bishness was probably because I completely forgot about Napster being in the legal heat.

That said, I think pirates suck too and I make sure to obtain music the legal way :thumbs:
