rainbow six 3 or rainbow six lockdown?

Get Raven Shield, no doubt about it. I have both Raven Shield and Lockdown, and Lockdown does not live up to the series and you would probably be disappointed. I think Lockdown is a good game, but it is missing so many things that a normal Rainbow Six game should have. Multiplayer on Lockdown is poor, from what I hear, and very unstable. I can't even join a server because I get none listed, none at all. The only thing Lockdown has against Raven Shield is the new graphics, they are pretty fantastic, but it doesn't make up for what it lacks. Get Raven Shield, probably the best ten bucks you'll ever spend on a game.

RvS was the reason why I quit CS a couple years back. Unfortunately, the community for RvS has all but disappeared, although it's still great fun at LAN parties. If only more games were as realistic as RvS....

yeah i bought raven shield and im loving it. what about the expansions for raven shield? are those worth getting too?

also is lockdown intense like the rest of the r6 series? i heard it's more arcade like....

Made a good choice, and yes, Lockdown is too much of an arcade shooter. On every map in the campaign there are like 100 terrorists and I often run out of ammo. Raven Shield is definitely more tactical and challenging. Try playing some co-op, I could do that for hours on end. And about the expansions for RvS. I know there is Athena Sword, but I never played it actually. I'm sure it just adds more fun to RvS.

Athena sword was awesome, some of the maps that were included in Athena Sword make the expansion worth it for the multiplay maps. There was also a free expansion that added even more stuff. It was available on Fileplanet, but I never downloaded it since I've stopped playing it 2 years ago.

Great graphics, gameplay, multiplayer.
