Rainbow Six: Source

We are looking to get this mod started, a simple remake of the great Rainbow Six for PC.

The mod would be a remake of the original Rainbow Six for PC, possibly including some multiplayer maps from Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear. Currently I have been looking to do this as a multiplayer only mod, but that could change in the future.

What's needed:
-Mappers
-Modelers

The mod currently does not need any programmers as me and a few others have already decided more than the select few would not be needed.

This project is still in the planning stages.
We would like to get some simple maps and models together such as Kill House to do a lot of our testing in, then move to the larger based maps.

We do not need testers.

I would still like to see this happen, so please message me or write here if you're interested. Maps and models are not a copyright issue, the name however most likely would be and obviously will not use the name "Rainbow Six". The name at this state is not important.

I would like to keep the SWAT based tactical shooter as the original RS was.

Since when was Rainbow a SWAT based organisation? If you wan't to keep the over all feel you should have some other anti-terrorist agency.

I referred to it as a SWAT based shooter because that's how it felt it played.

It would definitely be based on the original RAINBOW team, however, the name would most likely be changed.
