Ravenholm achievement question

I'm going for the Grav-gun only achievement in ravenholm. Were you only use the grav-gun and no other weapons. but I just thoght of something. When you get a new weapon it automaticly switch's to it. So will I have to deny the shotgun in order to get the achievement? Or does it only nullifi when I use the weapon.

Are there even any physprops in that scene, or do you have to retreat to the skylight area?

Just don't shoot any rounds out of the shotgun or any weapon and you'll be fine.

You can probably bunnyhop over the fence in that scene. Or bring a rotary blade with you.

I got a better solution on that scene. There is a lamp on witch you jump and wait for cart. Lamp is located upper to entrance to that roof its possible even on hard

I'm saved an stop for breakfast and internet today. Right after the fast zombies and going down the elevetor. So far I've only had to reload a couple times due to no weapons or I'm pinned down.

You have to defend yourself whilst waiting for an elevator, right before you meet the poision zombie for the first time I believe.

Hey I have two more questions that deal with achievement's. For the sandtrap one does that mean I can touch the sand when I'm fighting the antlion gaurd? and the "Flushed" achievement were is the toilet? I've seen several in the Highway 17 chapter but I couldn't pick them up.

ok,for flushed,when you reach Nova Prospekt,there is a large shower room with several toilets,just grab one until you see combine
and,for sandtraps,you can't touch the sand period,if you don't,then you won't need to fight antlions

You can block fasties from getting on the rooftop by "running in them" right before they finish their pipe climbing.

Im verry sure I didn't touch the sand but I still didn't get the achievement. Theres no way you can not touch the sand whn you battle the antlion gaurd.

No. As soon as you jump onto the last piece of rock right before the guard fight the achievement pops up. You must have barely touched the sand somewhere. The first time I tried I did the same thing.
There is also a toilet in the building Barney is pinned down in during Follow Freeman. I killed a zombie with it to get the achievement.

The glass roof part is absolute death. All you have is a couple of flammable barrels, and some wooden boxes. I recommend ample use of the sprint button to side step the attacks.

Thats unfair I barly touch the sand not even enogh to get the antlions attention and I lose the achievement. BS btw I have yet to come across five soldiers in a good size room to get the conservationalist achievement.

During the follow freeman chapter there is a bridge you need to lower. On the other side is a room packed with soldiers. Enjoy.
And if that doesn't work the end of the game should provide plenty of opportunities.

I got it in EP1 in the hospital with a bunch of zombies.
