Reducing friction

Alright I can't seem to find any information on how to make ice. I've read stuff about func_friction but it's not in the list. I only want one section of my map to be icy so sv_friction won't work since it applies to anything. I can't believe I can't find anyone else with the same problem... or a tutorial on how to make and icy surface... maybe I am just an idiot

I seriously dont know how to do this.... I have noticed that the func_friction is gone in source unlike goldsrc...

I'm thinking it might be some workaround like player_speedmod or something, but I'm not sure.
