require help on commands?

im kinda new hear sp plz dont rip me a new asshole for sayin'n this

some commands dont work in episode 1 and 2 for some reason, like the "npc_create npc_f_combine" (best command ever!) and "npc_create_equipment(place weapon here) etc. If anyone knows why this is happining or knows how (if possible) to fix it, the help would be much appreciated.

you have to enable sv_cheats 1

i do turn on sv_cheats but some of them still wont work like npc_create_equipment "weapon".

another fun thing: Noclip on levels where you can see someone through a TV, like Breen in City 17, or Dr. Kliner with Barney in the first room, fly around the level sell, and you can find them, its fun.

You have to activate sv_cheats 1

To activate cheats do this:

Open the console
_
_
type: sv_cheats 1
_
_
punch in whatever cheat you want.
