RoadRunner Good?

I have a friend looking at VoIP phones, looked at Vonage, and was asking ab out RoadRunner. I know I saw a few people say they had it, so I was just curious if anybody has any idea of the phone service is any good, and if so, would you recommend it over Vonage?

*Of course, this is all assuming they have the phone service, but since she asked me, I'm assuming they do.*
