Route Canal Help

HEy guys, i need some help. I go through water and climb up this ladder. Then I fall down into this train car where there is a zombie watching tv, g-man is on the tv, and this dude is staring at the wall. How do I get out of here? Someone please help?

They guy is supposed to open the carraige door for you...
