Safe to uninstall original Condition Zero files?

A while ago I installed Counter-Strike: Condition Zero, then a while later installed Steam, and added CZ to it.

I've done a TypeStats on my Steam folder and I'm told all the CZ files are there, so is it safe to remove the original CZ installation? I'd like to free up the space, apart from anything else.

Sure. Go ahead. But if you've got some cool maps or configs or something in the old installation, don't forget to place them over to the Steam version
