Hey there, i just got passed the part where you fight in the lighthouse. Shot down the gun ship and now im stuck. I know where the secret door is in the basement but i cant get any of the people to open it up. They just stand there. Any help? thanks.

Look for the black guy in the lighthouse. He should've run up to you once you killed that gunship.

If you've gone right to the bottom of the lighthouse, there's a door which is really faint. You can just about see it if it's still closed. If it's still closed, you're stuck.

The only guy around is a bald white guy. And i can see where the door is but cannot open it. :/

The only workaround I can think of is to load a game prior to taking down the gunship, take it down again and hopefully the guy who opens the door for you will be around.

Is he a medic? A medic opens the door for you. If not you'll probably need to reload.

Sounds like a script that was supposed to play out didn't. Reload from an earlier savegame.

If you don't happen to have an earlier savegame, use the console to start the map over. (type 'restart')

Try going back up to the top of the lighthouse, if you headed back down too quickly the trigger for the secret passage guy doesn't go off, it's probably Valve's worst scripting in the game.

If that doesn't work, cheat and use noclip to get through the door.
