Yeah Kangy....you were a bit vague. Perhaps you could have explained that there's a scene in 24 that is pretty similar. Only similar in that there are steps leading up to a metal fence....not that big a deal. Just reminded me of it too though.

Alright, there's a scene in 24 episode 20 that looks pretty much exactly like that.

(Apart from the giant tower in the background. Replace that with a smaller apartment block.)

When he says "24" he means that crappy television show called "24" that is 24 episodes each of 1 hour long that are supposed to represent the whole cycle of a real day.

However - no one sleeps, no one takes toilet breaks, and due to ad breaks the episodes aren't even 1 hour long anyway.

Actually, it is an hour long, because the timed ad breaks start and end where a gap in the actual episode begins and ends.

If the ads last 5 minutes, let's take this example...
