SDK insallation help

I wanted to download source sdk but my bandwidth confines me to 32kb/s, so i asked one of my friends to give me there copy via usb.

My question is, How can i install the files on to steam?

there are two folders :
"sourcesdk" & "sourcesdk_content"

you need the .gcf files, not folders. when you have the .gcf files copy them to program files\steam\steamapps\
