Why yes. Valve released the first expansion to Half-Life 2, Episode One, back in June. You can purchase it in your Store tab in Steam.

My issue wasn't that he was talking about Half-Life. It was that he was on a website dedicated to the sequel he apparently doesn't know exists. Little alarms should be going off in your head due to the absurdity of that.
