NO SHIT SHERLOCK!!!!! im trying to ****ing install it arent i!?!?

it wont let me install the drivers for my sound card because the sound card is not installed. for ****s sake

Take it out and put it back in?
Maybe by installed it means it can't detect the hardware.

yes i know, im just angry at it. i think the PCI slot is buggered, another one works fine

try going to your device manager and press enable or update this device
