I have a sweet optical trackball with 6 buttons. Its great for HL, as the driver allows different button asignments for each program you are running.

On a side note, does anyone know how to stop the mouse from disregarding my sensitivity level? I tried disabling acceleration in games, but it doesn't work. I don't wanna shut of MouseWare or I'll lose buttons 3, 4 and 5.

well, i have a mx300, and while it is a bit plain looking, i like the more traditional shape better. I find in cs i use my thumb to help move the mouse, and with that massive curve in the side it becomes hard to do so.
