Shadowbane for FREE

Yeah I just read about it, sounds decent I guess, might give it a shot.
 
Spiffy... hopefully it still has a huge playerbase.
 
heh, I remember following this game 2 years before it was released.
It had the (and still has) the greatest idea ever for an MMO. The ability for the players to build empiers and crush others.

However, the game turned out to be pretty lack-luster and not really work buying at all.

But maybe now that it's free I could try to get into it.
Anyway, I really dont think this game will live very long on a free basis. Something is up with this...
 
some friends were into it a year ago and just seemed like another useless grind mmorpg.

i'll try it when i'm uncapped though.
 
I played it back in the day for a month with friends. I had fun but they weren't crazy about it. They were big MMO fans and this was the only one I really had fun with.

There's monsters that drop runes that characters use to change/get their new subclasses. Thieves hang out invisible by where they spawn and STEAL the rune off the monster as it spawns and run away with it. You make tons of money off selling these runes in town. I was rich as hell in that game because I stole like 6+ Bladeweaver runes (worth about 700k) and 1 Commander rune (hard as hell to get 1.2mil).

You need a subscription to download from where they are offering it. Is this the catch?

Anyone know where else this can be downloaded from?

This game is a piece of shit. It better be free, I'd probably kill someone if I had payed money for this.

Well, I don't know just WHAT THE **** happend here... but I actually wasted 2-3 hours of my life downloading this sad piece of crap. I never knew what Shadowbane was, but now I do. The graphics suck and the controls were horid, I felt like I was playing Diablo II. I quit and uninstalled it after about 10 minutes, my god am I pissed. Don't bother with this :hmph:
