Shipping of Half Life²

So if I haven't gotten back to you on a question, it's because actually shipping the game has gotten in the way of answering questions about it.

This are Gabe's words, I always thought shipping ment getting the game out to the publisher or something like that which means the game has gone gold. But since there is no official news HL2 has gone gold is presume shipping has another meaning...

Anybody has any idea?!

I'm right at the end of the game I think. I was shocked when you find out the Combine is an army of Gordon Freeman clones.

Yes: I think this thread needs locking. It's descending into Chaos!

Barney turns out to be the Administrator (always the quiet ones, eh?) and Dr. Breen is actually Alyx's mother who left Eli, had a sex change and faked his/her own death. Gripping stuff.

Question what does "sim-ship" mean? Gabe uses it in that post linked above.
