i love bf2... play a few hours a day
but ive heard nothing but bad things about special forces... its buggy.. its boring.. whatever
what are your opinions?:smoking:

If you have the right hardware, go for it.

I say no. Biggest waste of 30 bucks EVAR. That's just my opinion though. I found it a boring..boring..game.

The night maps especially. I mean, I love those wide open maps like Dragon Valley, but I mean, the night maps were just dull as can be. Too much shit cluttering everything.

Oh well.

The maps are... ok.

The helicopters suck so much, they're all heavy and unresponsive, flying sacks of shit.

I like the grappling hooks though, those are fun.

Agreed. I would say no don't spend the 30 on it. I have played it before and it's not really worth it. Not to mention the massive lag and slowdowns.

Yeah, bf2 runs like a dream, same settings SF acts like a K6-2.

hmmmmmmmmm
its not even worth it for the extra weapons? :P

It depends how much you like infantry battles. If you really like them? Get it. If you usually play on open maps with lots of vehicles, don't.

thats what i bought it for tbh, and to play around with the grappling hook and the zipline

Personally I'm waiting for EA to release all (or close enough) the boosters / expansions and then buy a culmination pack with everything on it.

EXACTLY, me as well. Theres that european one they keep trying to sell me when i start the game, and another one down the line. Pfft i can't keep track. I'm going to play BF2 till i'm sick to the teeth of it like C&C Generals, then i bought Zero Hour and it rekindled my interest. Until then, i am happy.
